MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE
The ePackage Supply mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by ePackage Supply (“ePackage Supply”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to ePackage Supply’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of ePackage Supply through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, information, order status, security, account registration, and service announcement (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, discounts, sales, coupons, product launches, giveaways, abandoned cart, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with ePackage Supply. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18334850696 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other ePackage Supply mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

EPACKAGE SUPPLY REFER-A-FRIEND TERMS & CONDITIONS
As a Refer-a-Friend member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to ePackage Supply’s Terms of Use and ePackage Supply’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for ePackage Supply’s Refer-a-Friend program:
Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at epackagesupply.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our website by clicking your Refer-a-Friend program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).
Referral Rewards. For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order on the ePackage Supply website.
Reward Payments. Rewards are payable in increments of Coupon Codes. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.
Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. ePackage Supply’s Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in ePackage Supply’s sole discretion. (Corporations are not people, my friend!)
No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from ePackage Supply’s Refer-a-Friend program.
Right to Close Accounts. ePackage Supply reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the ePackage Supply Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. ePackage Supply reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

No right or remedy of ours shall be exclusive of any other, whether at law or in equity, including without limitation damages injunctive relief, attorneys' fees and expenses.
No instance of waiver by us of our rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall imply any obligation to grant any similar, future or other waiver.
APPLICABLE LAW
This site is created and controlled by us in the State of INDIANA, USA. As such, the laws of the State of INDIANA will govern these disclaimers, terms, and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
SEVERABILITY
